Who says adults can’t have fun while getting a great workout? Incorporate fun into your workout like never before and move like you did when you were a kid! Using games and activities to increase your aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility, this is a program like no other. Games will develop movement skills such as agility, coordination, balance and speed. Each week you will be challenged to improve and refine these movement skills with traditional and reactive exercises.
**Proceeds from SESSION 1 at PISE will go to SPORT START GRANT to help more kids be able to participate in PISE programs and camps!

Strength training at any age is important to general well-being and health. Strength and Conditioning 55+ is a strength program designed to overcome common aches and pains as well as maintain bone density, improve balance, boost energy levels, elevate cognitive functioning and enhance body composition. Learn the proper techniques essential to feeling comfortable in a gym setting and having the confidence in your body to maintain your healthy, active lifestyle!

ENDURANCE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Designed for athletes involved in endurance sports, such as running, biking and swimming, who are looking for that competitive edge. This program will give you the knowledge and technique required to effectively resistance train in the gym during the off-season. Pre and post muscular strength & endurance testing is included.
