Training Programs Choose your level of intensity! Get PISEFIT! Join one of our Bootcamp, Superfit and PISEFIT programs or build your own! Build your own Bootcamp by picking your workout group, days and times and we will build the workouts to help you meet your goals. Many of our facilities are available for rental from 6:00am – 10:00pm; please contact us to discuss the details of your event. Sorry the Boardroom, Fitness Center 112, High Performance Area, and Instructional Area 112A areas are not available for rental; Check out our facility or contact PISE 250.220.2511 for more information.
