For your safety, we highly recommend that anyone who drops in to a PISE HIIT or FIT class have some previous experience in a PISE program. If you have none or very little experience, or have not worked out in a long time, please call and set up with a time with one of our Fitness Attendant at the Welcome Desk, to go over any questions and basic mobility tests.
