BALANCED BOOTCAMP
Start your day off with a workout that will challenge and balance the whole body! Balanced Bootcamp will help you sweat, get stronger and stay limber in one 60 minute workout. Incorporating 20 minutes of cycle cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of stretching, this class will leave you feeling strong, fit, balanced, and ready for the day ahead!

BOOTCAMP

PISE’s Bootcamp is developed for people with a basic fitness foundation who are looking to get stronger, increase aerobic capacity and improve body composition in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment. PISE’s expert Strength and Conditioning Coaches will lead you through a progressive program to keep you challenged and motivated while teaching the correct techniques to keep you safe, healthy and confident. PISE’s Bootcamps will quickly turn into your fastest and favourite hour of the day!

PISE’s Bootcamp is developed for people with a basic fitness foundation who are looking to get stronger, increase aerobic capacity and improve body composition in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment. If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, Bootcamp Advanced is your program! This program is for participants who have developed a solid strength and aerobic training base. It uses the framework and programming established from Bootcamp, but kicks into overdrive with longer classes and increased intensity. Get more of what you love at PISE!

SUPERFIT
Looking to train like a pro? SuperFit is our most challenging program, designed to boost your metabolism through a combination of strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning while using our integrated heart rate technology to ensure you train in your optimal zones. Participants should have a strong fitness foundation and have an understanding of basic exercises such as squats, lunges, core exercises, free weights and barbell lifts prior to enrolling. Get ready to sweat—SuperFit is not for the faint of heart!
